Full-Mouth Implant Solutions (All-on-4, All-on-6, All-on-8)

Full-mouth implant treatments provide permanent and functional solutions for patients who have lost all their teeth or have teeth that need to be extracted. These protocols are implemented using a specific number of implants to support a fixed prosthesis across the entire jaw. The most commonly preferred systems are All-on-4, All-on-6, and less frequently, All-on-8.

All-on-4: Functional and Cost-Effective

The All-on-4 system uses only four implants per jaw to support a fixed dental prosthesis. Implants placed at an angle in the posterior regions provide high stability without the need for bone grafting. This approach shortens the surgical process and offers a cost advantage. In suitable cases, a temporary fixed prosthesis can be placed on the same day.

All-on-6: Enhanced Stability

The All-on-6 treatment involves placing six implants per jaw, expanding the support area for the prosthesis and distributing chewing forces more evenly. It is an ideal solution for patients with sufficient bone volume, offering excellent aesthetic and functional performance.

All-on-8: Maximum Durability

The All-on-8 method uses eight implants per jaw and is recommended for patients with good bone density. It provides increased support in posterior areas where chewing forces are strongest and is particularly suitable for older patients or those who have been edentulous for an extended period.
